Intelligent Learning Management System (iLMS) is a technology platform for delivering, tracking, evaluating and managing learning process. It is designed to be used by students, teachers, parents, principals, state/district officers, federal officers and to be maintained by school administrator and system administrator. The system consists of a series of profiling, subject study, assessment, assignments and academic performance where all users can obtain current and relevant information about student and school performances in education. iLMS provides learning tools for students based on their cognitive profile. Students will be able to test their knowledge after each topic study by completing assessment test. The assessment result will be recorded as their academic performance. This system helps the teachers in planning and implementing specific learning process as well as upload assignments based on the student’s profile. Moreover, iLMS is an easy and useful way for parents to keep track of their children’s performance and to understand their children’s capability in study areas. Headmaster’s responsibility is to track and maintain the school’s performance to keep performing a good result besides providing the students a good learning environment. iLMS full information about the school including the classroom, subjects, non-academic staffs, teachers, students and parents’ details. The records are important for them to evaluate and plan learning process for the most performing and less performing schools in districts and states area. This system provides two ways communication that allows student and teacher to interact with each other through forum and chat. iLMS will act as an aid for learning and teaching mechanism and provide e-learning environment in schools.

Ongoing initiatives to increase our database is done through our involvement with the local varsities both the IPTA & IPTS, through online advertisements at our websites plus websites of Utusan Group of Companies, through print i.e. Utusan Malaysia and Kosmo newspaper and also through our participation in the many Kareer Fairs organised in Malaysia. Supplying to more than 30 clients in the banking, IT, Call Center, Auto, manufacturing, Insurance, transportation, medical, marketing, media and many more. More than 2,000 companies utilises our online job advertisement.
